This Ripp ‘n’ Take box shaped bag fills efficiently and is widely used to pack tubs, trays, lids, currency, injection moulded plastics and components. The self-seal feature boasts a unique adhesive seal which is available in both re–seal and permanent. The serration helps to create the easy-open system and eliminates the health and safety risk caused by using knives or sharp objects, whilst also creating a tamper evident design.
Flexipol Ripp ‘n’ Take bags are more hygienic than cardboard, more cost effective, reduce warehouse storage and increase warehouse efficiencies by allowing more packs on a pallet. The result is less occupied storage space and less pallet truck movement.
We can manufacture our box replacement bags with up to 30% recycled content without impacting functional performance. This can be done featuring a black inner, white outer for increased UV protection.
