Our 90 micron vacuum bags and pouches are recognised as the highest quality available in the UK. Across British food manufacturers and processors, our vacuum pouches are used by meat processors, poultry cutting plants, restaurants and fruit and vegetable processors.
Synpac 90 micron vacuum bags and pouches are designed to extend shelf life, preserve product quality and freshness and have excellent sealing properties. Synpac 90mu vacuum pouches are suitable for sous vide cooking as well as microwavable and freezing. The tougher 90 micron material can withstand difficult shapes and heavier products than our 65 micron material.
With our fast turnarounds, we manufacture Synpac vacuum bags and pouches in bespoke sizes and to keep up with unexpected customer demands. We can manufacture 90 micron vacuum pouches as small as 100mm x 150mm and as large as 1.3m x 2m long.
We provide a one colour random print for company details or an EC logo. We can also design Euroholes to hang produce and enhance presentation. Alternatively, we offer flexographic printing.
