We are specialists in designing and manufacturing packaging to enhance the quality and freshness of prepared fruit and vegetables. Our vacuum bags and vacuum pouches are used by fruit and vegetable processors and wholesalers to protect and preserve products. 

Barrier products

Synpac vacuum bags and pouches come in a large variety of thicknesses including 65mu, 90mu and 130mu to suit physical characteristics and product volumes. We can provide enhanced structures to incorporate effective UV light barrier to optimise product freshness.  

Within our material innovations, we have unique blends suitable for hot fill and cook in the bag as well as high barrier gas flushing applications.  We have a range of sizes in stock of clear and blue tint material available for immediate despatch and our lead time for bespoke items is approximately 10 days.
