Making the most of it- How to eliminate product loss when using a box or tray liner
23/09/2020
Our block bottom liners eliminate product loss due to polythene entrapment with their unique design. Lining boxes, trays and dolavs globally, they couldn’t be more user friendly.
A common challenge our customers would come to us with, was that when they filled their trays or boxes with their products, the corners of the polythene liner would get trapped, causing them to lose product.
Our innovations team developed a product that would eliminate this, whilst at the same time, being an all-round better fitting product.
Our block bottom liners eliminate product loss due to polythene entrapment with their unique design. Lining boxes, trays and dolavs globally, they couldn’t be more user friendly. Whether you’re packing meat, poultry, fruit, vegetables or other frozen food products, the block bottom liner could be the perfect solution for you. We design them based on the measurements of your container, for the perfect fit with no excess packaging.
How does it work?
Liners can be in packs or on rolls. Once you place your liner in the box or tray and open it out, the bottom gusset will cover the bottom of your box or tray, allowing you to fold the top of the liner over the sides of your container.
That’s it! Ready to be filled, with no risk of product getting trapped in the corners.
