Our Synpac gas flush bags and pouches are recognised as the highest quality available in the UK. Across British food manufacturers and processors, Synpac gas flush pouches are used by meat processors, poultry cutting plants, restaurants and fruit and vegetable processors.
Manufactured using a multi-layer co-extruded film, Synpac gas flush pouches (or otherwise known as modified atmosphere packaging MAP) offer high tensile strength and improve gas barrier properties to achieve maximum shelf life.
Synpac gas flush pouches are suitable for sous vide cooking as well as microwave and freezing. Our material and composition can be adapted to suit the requirements of each individual’s applications.
We stock over 40 different sizes, available for immediate despatch. With our fast turnarounds, we can manufacture bespoke sizes and keep up with unexpected customer demands. We can manufacture gas flush vacuum pouches as small as 100mm x 150mm and as large as 1.3 metres x 2m long.
We can provide a one colour random print which allows customers to have company details or an EC logo onto packaging. Alternatively, we can offer advanced flexographic printing.
